The “toolbox” Training course for official food hygiene officers

 

This toolbox is a method to elaborate programs and training schemes for your official controls services.

 

In an extension of a study carried out in 2002 at the request of - and with the approval of - the World Bank, FVI has produced a new more thorough edition of a methodological guide, in interactive CD-ROM form, aimed at the official services in developing countries for analysing their training needs for health and phytosanitary inspection staff.
